Yesterday at the I/O development conference, Google has finally announced the release of Android L, new version of world’s most popular mobile operating system.
As the legacy of Android version name on sweet and deserts, the new 5.0 version named Android Lollipop (Codename: Android L)

Much awaited and most obvious change in new version of Android is fresh design, visual enhancement and fresh user interface, which Google has dubbed in Material Design.
Material design gives you more realistic user experience by adding depth with shadows and using more rich and bright colors. With new material language every animation, every ripple, every shadow will look real.
In new UI the new navigation buttons are a triangle, circle and square.
Improved notifications setup will give you better experience then ever, notifications will flow in the middle of the lock screen and you can easily respond them from lock screen. You also can control what kind of information appears in notification.
When you are playing a game notifications of Call and Message will pop at the top asking if you want to take it or not.
In the Android L, the apps running in the background shows as stack of cards, instead of old 2D list.
This design is looks like tab of browser.
Low and poor battery is the nightmare of Smartphones and every brand always seeks to improve battery performance of Smartphone.
Android L introduces new Battery Saving Mode which saves battery by shutting down background apps and clock down the CPUs.
Google says it will give a Nexus 5 an extra 90 minutes power.
As Google says security is the key of Android L, and Android L is more secure then other. Lollipop adds many new features to control sharing and personal locking.
You can add multiple user account for different user login or share you device as guest user mode.
64 Bit Support:
64 bit Smartphone will be the future of Smartphone industries. As we all expected the new Android L will support 64 bit processors.
Nexus 6 Smartphone and Nexus 9 tablet will be the first devices to get Android L, the Nexus 5, Nexus 7, Nexus 10, Moto G, HTC One M8 and Google Play Editions device will also get Android L later.
