Do you like birds singing in Do you like red rays of sun in Do you actually like attractive morning I am sure your answer will be yes! Because no one can deny, nothing is as beautiful as.
But as we all think, we need 8 solid hours of sleep night and due to of work, we are unable to enjoy this all. Am I right?
So, let me tell you a great sleep-cycle, by implementing, you can enjoy this all. First and foremost, I want to tell you we really don’t need a 8 hours solid sleep in night. I am agreeing, we need 7-8 hours of sleep but not that all in night.
There is a great sleep-cycle namely: Ziesta Sleep Cycle. Which have a really practical schedule, by implementing, you will not compromise with your health and also get a good sleep.
As we all know, life is divided into two main parts: Sleeping and Awaking.Mostly people sleep whole 8 hours in a night and then awake for 16 hours. So, this sleep cycle has divided sleepiness into two parts. The one, 5-6 hours of sleep in night, which is known as core sleep and then 90 minutes of afternoon sleep, which is known as Napping.
Nap is as old as we are! The science has proven that the old centuries’ people were nappers and they were absolutely more healthy than us.
And recently, I have started my schedule with ziesta sleep cycle. I am feeling much better than before and now it’s your turn, I hope you will enjoy implementing it in your daily life.
